Hi there, I'm somewhat certain for the 'whites' and fairly certain on the colors of your other ones; so here goes:

- First for the easier ones in your 'other projects' as you called them:

http://www.horseworldonline.net/farm/pasture/84444

http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1556528 Sooty Buckskin with Tiger Eye
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1556543 Buckskin w/ Lp (Varnish, Blacket, Snowflakes are indicators)

http://www.horseworldonline.net/farm/pasture/84415

http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1503505 Cremello w/ Tiger Eye
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1509209 Sooty Mealy Chestnut Dun (or Red Dun) Tobiano
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1509209 Silver Buckskin Dun (or Dunskin) w/ Lp
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1718103 Black (maybe Smoky Black - the sire was a Smoky Grullo as was visible in the foal picture, so he could have also been Smoky, unfortunatly there is no foal picture of him before 1 year)
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1726181 Palomino (Sooty could also be possible if he darkens with age)

http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1559150 Palomino Dun w/ Tiger Eye (Sooty very possible as both parents seem to have it - will be clear if he darkens with age)

As for all your 'whites',
it's nearly impossible to be sure because of the many dillutions.
Most I think should be Silver Smoky Cream Champagnes, possible also mealy and everything that could be hidden with the 'white' color...
Black base or Brown base are hard to differentiate if they are this light, but I'd say the black base is more likely.
The champagne is given as there are (as you said) freckles, because the freckles are somewhat pale I'd also say that they are double cream carriers.
The very light color should be caused by silver, they'd be more grey/silverish otherwise.
If they have turquoise/ deep blue eyes they also are double Tiger Eye carriers, if it's just green they only carry one, if blue they have none.
If they have black eyes, then your 'whites' carry double pearl instead of double cream or cream/pearl and no Tiger Eye, otherwise they are double pearl AND double tiger eye carriers and you can differentiate them because they have very visible freckles.

Sorry I can't help you more with the 'whites' but these are so many horses where I would have to go back through their pedigree (and then all photos would be required to have been made of the horses) so that would need entirely too much time ^^'
