I'd rather say it is a silver bay pearl - the silver comes from the dam, as well as one pearl; her sire (also not cremello but - I'm pretty sure - a buckskin pearl) gave one pearl and the bay gene. also one of them gave a tiger eye as she has light green eyes. All in all princess should be a silver bay pearl (also, she has tailbleed which indicates her not being an apricot), so her gene make-up should be most likely as follows:
