What are these markings?

My filly (Part Nab/ Part Arabian) is showing some primitive striping... why?
Neither her sire or dam have these markings... how do I breed this into my other horses?

The dam does carry Dun, with minimum markings.

The dam does carry Dun, with minimum markings.
