She looks to me like a Flaxen Chestnut (Or strawberry) Roan.

I agree, Flaxen Strawberry Roan (or Flaxen Chestnut Roan, same thing, different names), but I am not sure if she has or has not varnish. If she changes her colour as she ages, she has, if not, then not
