Calling a horse a 'chocolate palomino' could mean a couple different things. To me, a 'chocolate' coloration on a palomino usually denotes a type of sooty.

This horse, however, does not carry the cream gene at all, the cream gene would be the responsible party for creating a palomino coloration.

This horse's golden color is from the champagne gene (the freckles give it away) and actually this horse does also carry flaxen (the bright mane and tail and also the creamy shift to her ankles are good indicators).

But you are correct that your base is a chestnut base. So I would call your horse a flaxen gold champagne.
