I'm not sure if Wild Bay/Bay, or if she is a chestnut. Her tail and mane suggest chestnut, but her muzzle clearly states wild bay/bay.

I'd say chestnut. My bay horses usually have the mane and tail already darkening at that age and even when newborn it's not as bright red. You'll know for sure once she's a little older.
