If you accidentally sell a horse, you can politely ask for it back.Poseikip wrote:Hey, so I asked someone to pop a mare for me and i had her set up, and then the mare popped on my account, and i forgot to take it down from being for sale and someone called @rayofsunshine bought her. Ping the person (use the quote to do so), and they'll receive a notification of your ping (same as if you quoted them).
There are rules against holding a horse for ransom (that is demanding payment well in excess of a horse's value), but there is no rule against the new owner saying no.
You're welcome to offer a higher price or a gift of another horse or a breeding to a sire if you think that it may convince them.
As the rules of this site for handling the sales, a horse that is up for sale can be purchased by whoever may show interest and if done so, belongs to the new owner. But accidents do occur and accidental sales of horses can be fixed.
Good Luck!
