WANTED: 4 white Socks or Stockings and Stripe

Hi all!
Looking for a horse or pony, any conformation, any breed that meets the following requirements.
Must haves:
Rest of body a solid colour (i.e no other tobiano markings)
At least a stripe to face
White on all four legs, past pastern
No Leopard
Brownie points for these:
No dilutes
Blaze to face
White on all four legs, past hock
Straight or concave profile
Good budget for the right ponies!
