How I decide whether or not to send a foal to training

I simply look for these requirements:
1. 60+ speed
2. 31+ strength
3. 41+ stamina
4. gold speed comment in breeders report

If the foal meets these requirements and/or are even better than the requirements, then I send them to training.

Signs of a Promising racing foal

1. partly based on the dam's racing times (the foal could inherit it's dam's speed)
2. partly based on the sire's racing times (the foal could inherit it's sire's speed)
3. enter into a few local shows for racing and look for times of lower than 02:20:00 minutes (you can do it with a newborn foal and the foal doesn't need to be trained)
4. gold speed comment in breeders report
