when I do a quest, and I complete it, I should get x tokens as reward, but I never receive them. Is this normal?

If the reward says pony tokens then you should have received them. I will look into it.

How do you increase the height of the farm?

On your farm page select the edit farm tab and scroll down. At the bottom there are buttons to increase your farm size.

I have reached year 50 and it is a quest. I completed it and I still haven't earned my reward. I am now in the summer of year 50. What should I do?

Try the suggestions in the Newbie Quickstart guide located in the help, guides section. The paragraph on the tutorial has the quick-fixes that work with the quests as well.

Please let us know if these do not fix the issue.

As far as I remember, "reach the certain year" quest completed somewhere around the end of the given year (I was wondering the same when I did the "reach year 25" quest).
