Looking for Standardbred Studs

Hi, I'm not going to beat around the bush. I'm new, and I'm poor with only around 10k in my bank account currently. But if anyone would be willing to let me use their Standardbred stud, I would be thrilled. I'm trying to breed a Russian Trotter and I already have an Orlov Trotter filly. There are a few Standardbred studs on the market, but they aren't really what I'm looking for.
