Based on mane and tail (which are the indicators as far as I can tell) my guess is bay-based.vallers wrote: i wanna know what color it will be unglitched

I used to have an AC mare, who was palomino at the moment I adopted her:
Then, several years later she suddenly turned chestnut and dressed her legs up into white stockings:
I was quite frustrated since I wanted to get some foals with creme genes from her. But then she was like: "Relax, dude, I was just kidding", threw me a dunskin foal and turned palomino again :

Yeah, 10 is the usual age when they de-glitch. It's too bad, that white coat was gorgeous.vallers wrote: he finally unglitched at 10 yrs old, you called it bay with tobiano markings

I've picked up a few glitch horses from the AC. The first was a very interesting NAB stallion. At pickup he looked like an amber champagne that couldn't decided whether or not he was silver.
When his hair grew out it appeared that he'd decided to settle on silver:
The champagne gene caused his coat to lighten up over time:
Then at ten years old he decided to change things up completely! In the end he decided to become a buckskin pearl without the tobiano markings he'd sported at first. The only thing that stayed the same the whole time was his mane:
He was quite a whirlwind.
Recently I picked another glitch horse from the AC. An Arabian this time. She started off as a chestnut with a black mane and transitioned to bay.
And here's an AC Belgian who started out as half bay and half chestnut and transitioned to black:

I'm not entirely sure this is a glitch. The mane and tail match the leg expression of flaxen. It's super pretty and flaxen that bright isn't super common, but it does happen.
Here's one of my horses with a similar expression on red dun, though she also has sooty causing darkening:
