Looking for a mare or filly with strength

I am currently breeding for a great barrel racing horse and I'm finding it quite hard to find any mares with strength and even harder to breed them myself. it would be amazing to either get a mare or even a filly with at least green strength. tips on how to breed my own horse with strength is very helpful as well.
