That moment when.....

In a single "season" of breeding (with 12 foals) you unexpectedly break 2 breeding quests that you weren't trying for... and bonus, thy're breeds you never heard of before!!!)

(trying to make Tarpan x Mongolians, got 1 x Hucul and 2 x Dulmen)
It's just a topic to relate those 'that moment when' moments. :D

I have a couple of Studs with GP below 20 if they will help. I'm working on that goal myself. I haven't cared about inbreeding for this project though, in case that matters to you.
I'm tackling the low GP project a little differently, since I've been working on it so long, and am still failing at it.

Though low in HGP, your two boys have the same problem many of mind did at that stage (and no, inbreeding is not an issue with this, except that now I don't have enough different blood I started making carbon-copies). Your conformation scores reflect the breeding report comments. What I mean is, your two studs conformation scores are helping to lower their breeding report comments. So although your studs certainly carry low HGP, they'll shove my new-started injection bloodline for the low GP in the wrong direction.
Since the original plan didn't work for my low GP project, I started with a different plan, i.e. high conf scores with bad report comments.

This is fourth generation born, with the lowest HGP from AC horses. She hasn't yet shown much (offspring), but she shows that the project is heading in the right direction.

I'm hoping that this line will bounce me over that quest line.

These are your conformation scores for your two horses, so you can see the difference and what I'm trying to go for. Your horse's just don't have a strong enough scoring for me to give them a try. But thank you!

Lol, I have checked 5 breed quests off purely due to accidental breedings like that when I was trying to get something else!

That moment when...
You're trying to ping somebody... and it doesn't work...
And you go back to edit it...
And you don't see anything wrong...
Yet it's still not working...
You remembered the equals...
And the quotation marks...
And you remembered to add something in between...
And you can't figure out what's wrong!!!!
So you go back and hit the code button...
Because you were trying to be slick and not use the full editor...
And after all that, you compare the one you wrote with the one in the full editor...
....
:?
...
...
And suddenly you feel like an Oaf, because you spelled quote wrong...

I have done that before when I ad to mass Ping people and did copy and paste from a word document...so I guess the " when it is copy and pasted from word into here changes "Shape" and won't show up unless you go back and hand type in the "s. I completely sympathize with you Oak.

Is it bad that I've done that too?!?!

The mysteries of BBCode...

I do them separately now, write-up body texts sometimes in Word then copy and paste and finish up with quotes (if necessary) directly in the post.

There is one player (don't know if they're still playing yet), that every time they tried to put the quotations in, it kept doing a different font of quotations... something like ... well I don't have a font set I can copy and paste... but I did find an image online:

Okay, seriously way too big, but you get the idea.
And no matter what they did, it wouldn't give quotation marks like ours " " " " " " so the code wouldn't work for them! It was frustrating and funny at the same time... at least I assumed that was the reason, there didn't seem to be any other reason that it could have been...

I once had one of those, I really enjoyed reading through them! Now I get my fill online. One of the previous games I played, I used to have a weekly quote that I posted... or maybe it was daily? Anyway, I used to use quotes regularly.
