First, please ask questions in the questions section. :D
Second, your question is a bit unclear.
Are you saying, it's the same horse but her coat changed colors?
Or are you saying, it's a similar horse with the same color coat with different markings?

Apparently, now that I'm looking directly at her, you likely mean the first one.
This is an AC glitch mare. They pop up from time to time, but get themselves sorted out by 10 years. Generally speaking, their usually pretty obvious.
This mare was obviously, less so.

There are two ways to 'retire' a horse, as in: permanently get rid of them.
First you 'age out', just use turns until the horse passes on.
Second you 'rehome'. This is an option ONLY for horses that have NO offspring, this includes mares in-foal-to. This option is located on the horse's profile page, next to the breeding button and below the naming button.

It is IRREVERSIBLE, so be positive that you want to. Our admins Can Not retrieve a horse that has been rehomed, NOR can they retrieve a horse that has accidentally passed on.
What's gone, is simply gone.

Some rules are not what I understood from real industry of horsebreeding but they do work as interesting rules for a game. I'm interested.

Can you link the horse?

Also, you don't have to worry about your horse dying from starving
