Goals

Okay, first of all, welcome to my new and improved (And organized :0) farm log specifically for Knabs. Second, Please do NOT post here. I moved this to a new topic so I could keep the old one organized. Posting here would make all of that deleting of posts a huge waste of time.

Goals—

◈ HGP Over 57,000

◈ Either Fully-Body Leopard Markings or None At All

◈ 4 Or More Golds

◈ 3 Or More Greens

◈ Either Super Long or Super Short Ears

◈ Purebred, 4ᵗʰ—5ᵗʰ Generations At Least

(PS: This project will end once I have a good grinder herd, but I will continue to breed grinder Knabs as a way to supply myself with extra grinders. None, and I mean none of the horses leftover by any of the projects will be sold. Knabs, possibly, but after I finish them, and when I do, they'll likely be sold for 5mil or more.)

Plan/Path

Kind of like how Ecliptic has it set out in their ʍʍ▿Maelstrom Mongolians log.

Use the main Knab stud along with the mixed mare. Breed together. Breed a Part Knab x TB filly (✓). Breed a Part Knab x TB Colt. Breed a Half Knab. Breed a Part, Knab. Breed a 90%+ Part Knab. Breed a 99%+ Part Knab. Breed a pure Knab. Breed the best HGP with the second best. Keep breeding the best to the second best until 50k HGP is achieved. Keep breeding until 57k HGP. Start training offspring with 57k+ HGP. Keep breeding until 65k HGP. Stop breeding and train all offspring. Test them all for grinder disciplines. If some place 1st in 7 or under, sell or cull. 7 and above are kept as long as they learn at least a ton of turns or PT.

Brand and Why?

The brand is {❇⊰❖Gᴇᴠᴇʟᴇᴋᴛ❖⊱❇}, translated into {❇⊰❖Sᴘᴏᴛᴛᴇᴅ❖⊱❇}. The language is Dutch, my dad's birth language. All horses are named in Dutch, and translated name is in the notes. The theme is spotted. So the founder stallion is named Plekken, aka Spots.

I'm doing this because I saw a 4k pure Knab up for sale. I bought him, and, not wanting him to go to waste, started breeding him with a cheap mix I bought. That's when this project was born. I try and keep things majestic, and royal-looking, as that is always how I have viewed the Netherlands. I've visited countless times, mostly to say 'Hi' to my Aunt and her family. Hey, my Grandpa on my dad's side made a very famous tulip (Not listing for name privacy reasons, but the tulip is still very popular to this day).
