What is the max you can get your training skills to? I'm wondering because I want to know how much farther I have to go!

I don't recall how many times we can train each of the skills and each of the skill levels. But it's 10% in basic training, 40% in the stats and -40% in intensity.FantasyRanch3 wrote:What is the max you can get your training skills to?
