ISO Trainer!

I need a trainer to train some horses for me
Im willing to pay up to 30k per horse
(possibly more for a good trainer)
Requirements:
> Can train under 3 years (preferably)
> Can make the horse high strung/ spirited
> Has previous training experiences with other players (so i know your reliable)
