As for breeding them for fun, I guess a good horse would be a 5* evaluation, good HGP and correct build.
If you want to just breed cream Akhal-Tekes, then focus on the color ^-^

I saw this mare was in your for sale barn, but she isn't posted for sale. I would like her if you're selling her, but if not you should at least give her more feed, as her health is quite poor. Horses in poor health don't live long. If you put her in a pasture and feed her 100% Weight Gain Mix or Performance Mix she should improve a lot.
