All About This Project

I wanted to start something to help + encourage people who may be going through
rough times, or just life in general. Now its more than okay to have a bumpy tide
once in a while, everyone has a bumpy tide once in a while. I know some that
people will probably not understand what you are going through, and that's okay.

I made this for people to look on, daily, and find some encouragement when
doing everyday tasks. I will post a reply on this forum everyday (and sometimes
twice, daily) and put an encouraging quote/saying. I am making this on behalf
of being inspired by Frisb's Quote page, and other people who are struggling
with Mental Health, along with Emotional Health.

I would very much appreciate people being respectful of others when
it comes to talking about feelings, and stuff going on in their life.
Again, everyone has their own problems and we deal with them in
our different ways (or as some people call them, coping skills).
