Rules

Section 1: General Rules
1. All HWO Forum Rules apply so you must follow these
2. You can only get kicked off of the club if you break any rules (see Section 5: Behavior for the warnings for breaking any rules).
3. No posting off topic things and/or posting things in the wrong places. If you have any horses for sale, you post in the club's horses for sale forum, if you have stallions for stud, you post in the club's studbook, a horses for sale post doesn't belong in the studbook, a stallion for stud doesn't belong in the horses for sale forum, etc.
4. You must be able to post (either you are at least 13 years old or you have had the permission to post form filled out and accepted by the admins) freely in the forum. If we find out that you are under 13 and don't have the permission to post form filled out and accepted by the admins, you will be immediately kicked out of the club until the form has been filled out and accepted.
5. The club member limit is 20 members at a time.
5. The President and Vice President have the final decisions/say in any situation.
Section 2: Joining
1. If you meet the requirements, you are free to apply.
2. No begging, harassment, bribing (one example is trying to pay to get in), and/or bullying to get into the club.
3. Please be patient while your request to join is being reviewed.
4. Please remember that everyone, even the club president and vice president, have to follow the rules.
5. The president and vice president are allowed to refuse to let any player in, especially if there are 20 total members.
6. Another way of joining is if you get an invitation from the president
Section 3: Leaving
1. You are allowed to leave the club, there are no rules against it.
2. If you wish to join the club again, after leaving it, you may contact the President and Vice President and you are immediately back in the club. This doesn't mean you can rejoin the club if you were kicked out (the President and Vice President will have the final say in whether you would be allowed back in or not if you were kicked out).
Section 4: Positions
1. You may have up to 2 different positions at the same time
2. You must be a current member to be able to take up a position unless you're hired directly by the club president
3. The positions are President, Vice President, Discord Chat Moderator (this will be given to a player by the President. You cannot simply ask to be a Discord Chat Moderator), Newsletter editor, Trainer, Champer, and Competition/Contest Manager.
4. Anyone in any position must follow all rules
5. If you break any rules, you only get 1 warning and if you proceed to break the same rule(s), you'll lose your position
6. Please be responsible and do your job.
Section 5: Behavior
1. Be respectful
2. No begging, harassment, and/or bullying of any players, club members and/or nonmembers these actions will not be tolerated. Please report this if this is happening to you and/or to someone else (please provide proof so that we know you aren't doing this just to get another player in trouble. A screenshot can be proof) and the president and vice president will address this with the problematic player. If they get kicked and are still begging, harassment, and/or bullying any players, the president and vice president have the ability to talk to the admins.

4. Be polite
5. Please do not use this club as a way to get publicity, inexpensive horses, and/or earn money for your own personal use.
6. Please do not scam other players (if you scam any player, you will be reported to the admins, if you haven't already, and immediately kicked out of the club) and/or spam.
7. If you break any rules, you get 2 warnings. First is a verbal warning and you will be bumped down a rank, second is another verbal warning (and if you have a position, you will lose the position and you will be kicked off of the club's Discord Chat Server). If you proceed to break the same rule(s) after this, you will be kicked off the club.
Section 6: The Discord Chat Server
1. You must be a current member to join the Discord server.
2. Just because you're not chatting/posting on HWO doesn't mean that the club's rules don't apply anymore. Both on here and on the Club's Discord Chat Server you are to follow the rules and the same consequences can be used on the Discord server.
3. The Discord Chat Moderators are allowed to report anyone who is not following the club rules and the report will be reviewed by the President and Vice President
4. The club president and vice president can and will if the player has broken any rules kick any member from the Discord server.
Section 7: Horses
1. All registered horses are to be kept exclusively for the club members. Meaning that any registered horses are not to be sold to players who aren't club members, not to be leased to any players who aren't club members, and/or not to be studded out to players who aren't club members. Same goes for all horses related to registered horses (foals, descendants, ancestors, grand dams, grand sires, dams, sires, etc.).
2. You must protect your lines
3. The President will, once they have a good stock, allow every member one horse to use as a foundation horse. You will not get more than one foundation horse.
4. No flipping horses (no buying a horse and then doing nothing then selling the horse for a higher price)
5. The club's trainers and champers will only champ and train your horses. Please do not have one of our trainers and/or champers train/champ a horse for a player who isn't a club member.
Section 8: Ranks
1. The highest rank is platinum, 2nd highest is gold, 3rd highest is silver, and the 4th highest is Bronze.
2. You must be a current member to be able to be in a ranking.
3. When you first join, you will start out with a bronze ranking.
4. You must complete a breeding goal to move up to the next ranking.
5. Every member in the bronze rank will get these following privileges: full access to club studs and sales as well as being able to register their horses in the club registry and studbook.
6. Every member in the silver rank will get these following privileges: full access to club studs and sales as well as being able to register their horses in the club registry and studbook. May have up to 1 club job at a time.
7. Every member in the gold rank will get these following privileges: full access to club studs and sales as well as being able to register their horses in the club registry and studbook. May have up to 2 club jobs at a time.
8. Every member in the platinum rank will get these following privileges: full access to club studs and sales as well as being able to register their horses in the club registry and studbook. May have up to 2 club jobs at a time. Can help provide foundation stock.
9. You can't move up 2 and/or more ranks at a time, no skipping ranks.
10. You must complete the required breeding goal to move to the next ranking.

Change to Platinum - Breed two purebred Silver Black Pearl Dapple Thoroughbreds, one stallion and one mare, with a time of 2:06.00 minutes or faster.
Change to Gold - Breed two purebred Silver Black Pearl Dapple Thoroughbreds, one stallion and one mare.
Change to Silver - Breed two Silver Black Pearl Dapple half Thoroughbreds, one stallion and one mare.

Just Joined - 1 free training
Changing from Bronze to Silver - Gains access to the Discord chat, 2 horses trained for free, and a foundation horse (a double black pearl purebred Thoroughbred) for only 10k ($10,000)
Changing from Silver to Gold - 3 horses trained for free, 1 free champing, and 2 free horses.
Changing from Gold to Platinum - 4 horses trained for free, 1 free champing, and 2 free horses.
