HWO's Tiniest Horse/Pony Foal
Thought this might be a fun contest to hold. There will be a scale for judging, which will be found below.

So, I'm looking for your best tiniest foal, at .01 years of age.
Must be a purebred foal (Grades count as 'purebred')
Only one entry per person (not per account, you may move the foal to a holding account)
Must have at least 5 entries to judge contest
Highest score wins

7 inches or under: 5 points
8 inches: 4 points
9 inches: 3 points

Stats being judged are for In-Hand Jumping: Intelligence, Agility, Strength, Stamina

For each stat listed:

Gold: 2 points
Green: 1 point
Red: -1 point

Prize

1st: $1,000,000
2nd: $750,000
3rd: $500,000
4th: $250,000
5th-10th: $50,000

Actually, I have had 8 inches...and in a conversation with the owners/creators supposedly it is possible to get under 8 inches. Regardless there are other criteria that will be judged.
