Just wanted to introduce you guys to my current foundation stock. For now I'm focusing more on color than stats, with the stats focusing more towards sprint than the other racing disciplines.

We're working toward three different styles of these leopard Tb's... broken pattern, which is generally a full spot underneath, but overtop is covered by flat coat in fair sized areas. I think we used to define it as 'white area' and 'pattern' where the pattern is almost full, but there is limited 'white area'.

The second is full pattern, that one's fairly easily.

Then the third is snowflake-only over at least 30% of the body.

So the filly looks relatively good as a broken-pattern one. That's about what I would consider we're looking for, except, also up on the neck, but I also know how painful that can be to extend.

Oh, I realize just now I'm likely repeating what you already read up on.

Shillelagh's offspring are still underage, but when they're ready, or the next generation, they'll likely need some more blanket in them. So I'll be coming to call at some point.

I agree with BlackOak2 the first filly is a really nice horse, she is a good foundation mare

So you can take him down, or age him out, either is good.

Continuing toward the goal, I have a couple more from her offspring, I've also updated the registrations on my reply. Moving slowly right now, but much quicker than I was.
