I am looking for specific horses. These horses are the ones with the odd "white" coloring of mane & tail as exemplified in this horse's tail or this horse prior to the mane growing out.

I will pay well; upwards of 1 million per horse as long as breedable (no older than 10 years).

Hey I don't know if you are still looking for horses, but I have this mare that I'm not intending on using in my breeding projects that looks like she might have this plume thing. Its visible in her foal pictures and appears to be visible in her mane as an adult now,if only very slightly
