Can some one verify tiger eye?

I cannot quite tell on my computer screen if this horse has tiger eye or not

It does appear that they are more hazel than blue.
From a distance, they certainly look bright green, but upon close inspection, they come across as a shade of blue.

I am unsure as well, but my first inclination is that they're tiger eyes.
