Sooty Dapple Palomino with pearl and sock?
**people who see right away may not see the updated photo with dapples.
Pearl can't hide on a cream horse, which means your horse can ONLY be a single cream carrier with no pearl.
She may also have flaxen. The light fetlocks may be caused by the flaxen gene, but with the sooty, it's a difficult decision.

So I had most of it. Slowly figuring this all out. What makes the shine on the rump when the horse isn't skilled?BlackOak2 wrote:Sooty dappled palomino with tobiano.MerrySmile wrote:Am I getting this right?

A shine on the horse without training is nominally due from metallic. However... one must keep in mind that certain colors can cause a pseudo-shine. The trick between them is looking at the long face of the horse. If there is a 'brilliance' along the face, going down toward the nose, then it's likely due to the metallic gene and not just a pseudo-shine.MerrySmile wrote:So I had most of it. In my opinion, this horse does carry metallic.
