Searching for Thoroughbreds, paying very well!

I've recently been wanting to pick back up on breeding Thoroughbreds, and I'm in need of some new breeding stock.
I am going to be a bit picky with what I'll be buying, so in return I will pay top dollar if you have what I'm looking for.

The COI in my thoroughbreds is getting a bit high, so I'd like to bring in some cleaner blood to my lines.

What I'm looking for:
- Lower COI, must be 80% or lower.
- HGP must be atleast 58k or higher.
- Speed above 50 preferably, but not necessary. Stamina above 30, this is a must.
- Height must be above 14.2hh, I cant stand short horses lol

I am looking for fillies/mares mostly, but I am open to buying stallions as well. I will pay upwards of 500k per horse if you have a horse I can't live without
