We have a new level 10 champion!! WA Winter Dragon Fire! On august 17 WA Winter Dragon Fire ran a time of 03:07.91 beating the other time of 03:08.44! He just barley make it!


Cross Country
Mandus de Whyle has held the Cross Country record for over 3 years! 23.4 penalty points has not yet been beaten! One of the best on the planet of HWO, will anyone score as close as him?


Dressage
Jolly is still holding his record in level 10!


In Hand Jumping
Donnatello de Whyle obtained his in hand jumping record of 1.59.65 seconds in September 2017! We need more competition! Donnatello is very skilled!

Cross Country

News:

There haven't been any cross country records broken in the past month.

Spotlight:

{S} Crushing Cruiser is a Belgian stallion who is a master grand champion in cross country with a 97% WPS. He has also gotten some scores under 30, which is pretty competitive for cross country. Paint x NAB stallion SF Thoughtful Whiskey is also doing amazing in cross country! He has a WPS of 98% and a supreme champion title in the discipline.

This beautiful flaxen gold champagne Belgian colt has a perfect WPS in cross country. Although he only has a master champion title so far, he is doing excellent in the discipline. He is also really good in log pull, marathon driving, and obstacle driving, so keep an eye out for him in the driving newsletter! (released on the 22nd)

Dressage

News:

There surprisingly haven't been any dressage records broken in the past month.

Spotlight:

Besides racing, I think that dressage may be the second most popular discipline on HWO (correct me if I'm wrong). As usual, Eugene's incredible dressage Trakehner x Friesians still are remaining on top for not only driven dressage, but dressage as well. One of her stallions, [A] Terminal Frost has a 96.7% WPS in dressage and a master champion title. He has also scored over 51%! [A] Empty Spaces 51 hasn't scored over 51% yet, but his top score is a very impressive 50.88% in this competition. ꫝ Oldsmobile is a champion in dressage with a 96% WPS. He has some good scores as well. Although he only has green movement, he has gotten scores over 47%. which is pretty competitive.

This Friesian x Trakehner stallion has an absolutely beautiful silver brown coloring. He has a 97% WPS in dressage and a supreme champion title. He also has some amazing dressage scores, his best is 51.42% in this competition, which means he only needs to score less than 1% more to break some world records!

Show Jumping

News:

There haven't been any records broken in show jumping.

Spotlight:

[A] Town Road Monopoly is a Friesian x Trakehner stallion who has a perfect WPS. Although he only has had 4 starts, he is doing pretty well in Show Jumping and has gotten scores under 3:15. Andravida stallion ~AA~ Blooming Ghost has a 90.3% WPS in show jumping and a grand champion title. He also has some pretty nice scores in the discipline.

EH Sigyn's Voltaire


Not only does this bay Trakehner have that cute puffy mane, but he's also proving himself in show jumping. He only has a champion title, but he has a 96.6% WPS and amazing scores as well. His best score so far is 3:13.28 in this competition.

Rising Star

ꫝ Oldsmobile


This little guy is a Trakehner x Friesian cross who is a grand champion in saddleseat and a champion in show jumping and dressage. His show jumping WPS is 97.9% and his best score so far is 3:13.06 in this competition. In dressage, he has a 96.6% WPS and his best score in that is 47.64% in this competition.

Cross Country

Spotlight:

Belgian filly R&R Rambling Rose* has a master champion title and a 93.8% WPS in cross country. She also has gotten some very good scores in the discipline. R&R Grand Doodle is another Belgian filly who is a supreme champion in cross country with a 97.3% WPS. She too, has some amazing scores in cross country. She has gotten under 27.

R&R Captain Jack


Another Belgian doing very well in cross country, Captain Jack has a perfect WPS in cross country with a grand champion title. His best score in cross country so far is 27.2 in this competition, and he's only had 28 starts!

Dressage

Spotlight:

[A] Manager Mister 84.9 is a Friesian x Trakehner who has gold movement and is doing very well in dressage. Manager Mister has a 98.3% WPS and a grand champion title in dressage. $ℱ~ Reap the Rewards is a Württemburger x Friesian colt is a master champion in dressage with an 88.2% WPS. $ℱ~ Golden Condition is another Württemburger x Friesian bred by Sawd10 who is doing decent in dressage. He has an 87.9% WPS in dressage and a grand champion title.

$ℱ~ Hazel Sonnet


This beautiful brown roan Part Württemburger mare is doing incredible in dressage. She has a master champion title and a 89.6% WPS in this discipline. Her best dressage score is 49.57% in this competition, which is very impressive, especially since she is a mare (fillies/mares usually don't do as well as the colts)

Show Jumping

Spotlight:

Belgian filly R&R Rambling Rose* is a grand champion in show jumping with a 74.6% WPS. She has gotten some pretty nice scores in show jumping as well. Belgian colt R&R Yukon* has a 95% WPS in show jumping and has some good scores.

$ℱ~ Bear


Bear is a master champion with a 93.5% WPS in show jumping. He is another one of Sawd10's amazing Württemburgers, and he is also doing very well in dressage, driven dressage, and western pleasure as well. His best show jumping score so far is 3:12.41 in this competition, and he's only had 93 starts.

Welcome to the 17th issue of the English Eventing Newsletter! I will be writing the English Eventing Newsletter (along with the Gymkhana Newsletter) for the months to come. My apologies for writing this four days early, I had only done so because I will not be on for the next few days.



Cross Country

News

No new records have been broken this month. The most recent one was broken September of last year, by Bitapetrone's widely known ∰ Mandus de Whyle.


Spotlight

Mega's full Friesan stallion Euripides seems to be focusing on Show Jumping, Hunter, and Cross Country, and he is showing good results in Cross Country so far. He has an 88.7% WPS (out of 62 starts), nearly $10,000 in earnings, and a little over 700 points, hence his title. One of his recent best scores in this discipline has been a solid 30.4. A very lovely stallion, to say the least!

Look at owners comments


Yet another one of the famous "Look at owners comments", this one actually has been placing first in most of the recent Cross Country competitions. The stunning, stocky half Bashkir stallion has a 91.2% WPS (out of 249 starts!) which must prove something or other, over $110,000 in earnings, and 5,400 points. One of his good most recent scores is 29.6. I am not sure how many others can agree, but I love how this horse looks!


Dressage

News

No new records have been broken this month.

Spotlight

One of Eugene's newer competitors, Atomic Heart has been doing exceptionally well in Dressage. Standing with a strong 96.3% WPS (out of 82 starts), This boy could definitely own the competitions this time around! At least, I hope not too long... after all, I've got my own Dressage competitors that need to make the news!
Atomic also has over $97,000 in earnings, and over 3,000 points.. as well as one of his newest great scores being 49.85%.

ƑƐ Espresso


Now that Fallon has been logging onto Horse World Online more often, they have gotten their amazing Dressage American Warmbloods back into the business! Espresso has got an outstanding amount of HGP for a rarer breed. A little over 67,000! He's so far only been entered in Dressage, and only a little more than 20 times. But, he's placed first in 17 of them, and if not first, has been placing well otherwise! He has a 95.8% WPS, and a current best score of 50.1%! With that score he is sure to place well.


Show Jumping

News

No new records have been broken this month. The current holders are standing strong!

Spotlight

Unnamed Horse #2626381


This handsome Black Tobiano Grade Horse colt that is owned by h0rsey does well in Show Jumping. It is not a surprise as his pedigree goes back to premier horses. His direct sire is [A] Bump in the Night (previous Driven Dressage L9 Record Holder), his grandsire (sire's side) is [A] Rogue Doodle, which Rogue Doodle's sire starts crossing back into Totina's amazing Forest Horse lines (ℬℳ Mordred), and then his granddam is from Fallon's Trakehner lines, ƑƐ Ambience. His grandsire (dam's side) is yet another Record Holder, the previous Show Jumping Record Holder R&R Moments Notice.
This Grade has a 90% WPS, Master Grand Champion title, over $240,000 in earnings, and 200 starts (has placed first in 89 of them!). One of his recent great times was 3:14.56. Definitely a well-bred colt!

Cross Country

News

There has been quite a bit of buzz in cross country this past month. On July 6th, FF Lemonade Gust broke the L4 cross country record with a score of 23.7. Just yesterday, FF Red Rock broke the L7 record with a score of 23.7. Congratulations to Frost on all these new records!

Spotlight

Missouri Fox Trotter stallion WA Wild Law currently has a champion title and a 97.4% WPS in cross country and has won 20 of his 39 starts. His best score so far is 27.4 in this competition. Wild Law is a beautiful palomino stallion bred by Wyoming Acres and owned by rosie0922.

FF Canyon Coyote is an amazing Thoroughbred x Belgian colt bred and owned by Frost. He previously held the L4 and L5 records in cross country. Currently, he has a 70.9% WPS and a supreme champion title in cross country. Canyon Coyote has won 80 of his 230 starts, and his best score so far is 23.8 in this competition.

FF Red Rock


Another cross country star bred and owned by Frost, Red Rock is a flaxen chestnut Thoroughbred x Belgian colt who currently holds four world records in cross country! Although his WPS is sort of low at 61.6%, he still is incredible in this discipline! With a supreme champion title, he has won 55 of his 215 starts and his best score so far is 23.6 in this competition. Congratulations, Frost on breeding all these fancy new record holders!

Dressage

Spotlight

Friesian x Trakehner colt [A] Mean Lean 50 - 38 has a very unique dark, liver chestnut color and is doing amazing in dressage. With a champion title and a 91.7% WPS, Mean Lean has won 11 of his 24 starts. Of course, he is another one of Eugene’s outstanding dressage colts. His best score so far is 49.29% in this competition.

Not only did he recently break the show jumping L1 record, [A] Koala Ultimate 57 - 38 also has a master champion title and a 93.1% WPS in dressage. Winning 44 of his 101 starts, his best score in dressage so far is 48.44% in this competition. So far, he has proven himself as an excellent competition horse in multiple disciplines, specifically Dressage and Show Jumping. This Friesian x Trakehner colt is bred and owned by Eugene.

[A] Left with Lemons 46 - 40


This extraordinary dark chestnut colt is pretty good in dressage. He has a master champion title and a 90.4% WPS in dressage. He has won 34 of his 91 starts and his best score so far is 50.92% in this competition, which is a very good score for dressage and is pretty close to those world records! Congratulations, Eugene for breeding another fine dressage competitor!

Show Jumping

News

Show Jumping seems to be getting more competitive and exciting recently. On July 6th, [A] Koala Ultimate 57 - 38 broke the L1 record with a score of 3:08.28. On July 7th, {ℛℛε} Ocean’s Dance broke the L3 record with a score of 3:09, but her record didn’t last for long when {ℛℛε} Ocean’s Red Image broke the L3 record with a score of 3:09.13

Spotlight

Quarter Horse x North African Barb stallion SF Nightmare's Philosophy has a champion title and a 97.1% WPS in show jumping. He has won 23 of his 35 starts so far, and his best score so far is 3:13.25 in this competition. He is bred by hdmcminn and owned by rosie0922.

[A] Mt. Affair 51 - 38 is a Friesian x Trakehner colt bred and owned by Eugene. He has only had five starts so far, and has won 3 of them. With few starts, no titles, and a perfect WPS, Mt. Affair’s best score in show jumping so far is 3:12.13 in this competition.

[A] Koala Ultimate 57 - 38


This beautiful black Friesian x Trakehner stallion is bred and owned by Eugene and currently holds the L1 world record in show jumping. Koala Ultimate has a 97.2% WPS in the discipline and a grand champion title, he has won 34 of his 71 starts. His best score so far is also his L1 record breaking score, 3:08.28 in this competition.

Rising Star

[A] Eloquent Koala 51 - 42


This Friesian x Trakehner stallion is a new competitor in dressage. Currently, he has a grand champion title and a 90.4% WPS and he has won 35 of his 83 starts. His best score so far is 49.42% in this competition. This black stallion is bred and owned by Eugene.

On July 13th, FF Red Rock broke the L5 record with a score of 23.6. The next day, he broke the L4 record with the same score.

Spotlight

Spanish Mustang stallion {DFA} Fireproof has a master champion and an 83.2% WPS in cross country. Winning 49 of his 131 starts, Fireproof's best score in CC so far is 30.5 in this competition. He is bred and owned by ellmovy.

Missouri Fox Trotter stallion WA Wild Law has a champion title and a 97.6% WPS in cross country. He has won 22 of his 42 starts and his best score so far is 27.3 in this competition. Wild Law is bred by Wyoming Acres and owned by rosie0922.

JB Duke Van Tugger


This amazing flaxen gold champagne snowflake Belgian is doing amazing in cross country! He has a grand champion title in the discipline, and a 97.6% WPS. He has won 27 of his 42 starts so far. Bred by JAB, Duke Van Tugger's best score in cross country is 29.4 in this competition. He comes from a line of excellent Belgians in not only cross country, but also log pull, marathon driving, obstacle driving, and even show jumping!

Dressage

Spotlight

{O} Bucephalus is a new competitor in dressage. He is a Karabair colt bred by ooboob, and he has a grand champion title in dressage. He has won 17 of his 84 starts, and has a decent WPS of 71.4%. His best score so far is 47.18% in this competition.

Friesian x Trakehner colt 66k/4stat/calm/ 65-35-39-54 is a dressage champion and keeps a perfect WPS. Winning 43 of his 73 starts, this colt not only has excellent movement, but also a beautiful color! His best score so far is 50.41% in this competition -- a very good dressage score and even close to breaking records! He is bred and owned by HorzeLover101.

[A] Limitless


This brown Friesian x Trakehner colt is bred by Eugene and owned by abbiedabbiedoo. He is doing well in both dressage and driven dressage! With a supreme master grand champion title, Limitless holds an 83.7% WPS and has won 302 of his 830 starts! He also has over 20,000 points in dressage and has won over 1.8 million in earnings. He has also gotten multiple scores over 50 -- his best score yet is 50.31% in this competition. Not only that, but he comes from Eugene's very high quality dressage/driven dressage/show jumping/western pleasure lines, meaning he is closely related to record holders from those four disciplines!

Show Jumping

News

We've had some new SJ record holders this past month. To start off, {ℛℛε} Ocean’s Elegance broke the L10 record with a score of 3:07.43, and that very same day he broke the L1 record with a score of 3:07.56, and the L2 with a score of 3:08.47. Most of his records didn't last for long though. {ℛℛε} Ocean’s Storm broke the L2 record with a score of 3:08.43, the L3 record with a score of 3:07.91, the L5 record with a score of 3:07.38, and the L7 record with a score of 3:07.91 on July 27th. On July 28th, he broke his own L3 record with a score of 3:07.38, and the L7 record again with a score of 3:07.83 on the 31st. On the 29th, {ℛℛε} Ocean’s Warrior broke the L2 record with a score of 3:08.28.

Spotlight

Irish Sport Horse x Friesian colt -DB4E- Red Koala is doing decent in show jumping. With a grand champion title and a 94.9% WPS, his best score so far is 3:10.18 in his competition. Red Koala has won 48 of his 95 starts. He is bred and owned by HorzeCollector003.

-DB4E- Dream Jumper not only has a really cool color, but is also doing pretty well in show jumping. He is a master champion in the discipline with a 78.6% WPS. His best score so far is 3:09.63 in this competition. He is also bred and owned by HorzeCollector003.

{WC} Jeffery Bezos


This elegant black Friesian x Trakehner colt is an amazing show jumper! Bred by AlaskaCat and owned by OpalsHolding, he has a master champion title and a perfect WPS in show jumping. He has won pretty much all of his starts, 65 of 76, and his 11 other starts he got second. He has also gotten multiple scores under 3:10. His best so far is 3:08.83 in this competition, a really impressive score that is even close to breaking records!

Rising Star

-DB4E- Shimmer Dance


This beautiful silver bay Friesian x Trakehner colt currently has a champion title in dressage with a 96% WPS. Bred and owned by HorzeCollector003, Shimmer Dance’s best score in dressage so far is 49.24 in this competition and he has won 35 of his 61 starts.

Cross Country



“Cross-country is a part of the sport of equestrian, where riders riders are required to jump over 30 to 40 obstacles within a fixed time. Riders incur penalties for exceeding the allocated time, or if a horse refuses to clear an obstacle.

Cross-country equestrianism is a horse riding endurance test that forms one of the three parts of the sport of eventing (the others are Dressage and Show jumping). The sport tests the speed, endurance and jumping ability of the horse. The cross-country course is usually between 4.5 and 6 km long, comprising between 24 to 36 fixed and solid obstacles. The aim is to complete the course with as few penalties as possible. The lowest score wins.”

Belgian stallion JB Orion’s Shadow has a master champion title and a
94.6% WPS in cross country. Winning 58 of his 92 starts, Orion’s Shadow has a best score of 28.1 in this competition. He is bred and owned by JAB.

Castor van 't Boerwolf is another Belgian doing well in cross country. Currently, he has a grand champion title and a 97.5% WPS. His best score is 28.1 in this competition

WA Black Magic Holiday


This incredible Missouri Fox Trotter x Arabian stallion is crushing his cross country competitions. He has over 15,000 points and over $600k in earnings in cross country alone, and it doesn’t look like he’s stopping there! With a supreme master grand champion title and a 96.1% WPS, Black Magic Holiday has won 339 of his 536 starts so far. Bred by Wyoming Acres and owned by rosie0922, his best time is exactly 27 in this competition.

Dressage



“The actual word "dressage" is French and evolved from the verb dresseur meaning to train. Dressage is a unique discipline for riding a horse. It is as unique as Hunter/Jumpers, Tennessee Walkers, Three or Five Gaited Horses, Reining, Endurance, Eventing or any others that come to mind. Dressage is an Olympic discipline, enjoying great international popularity internationally. The addition of the musical freestyle to the required rides performed to win an individual medal has increased audience interest. In a dressage test, horse and rider are judged on how well they can perform a series of prescribed movements.”

Show Jumping



The goal of show jumping—also known as stadium jumping—is to demonstrate speed and agility by avoiding penalties, such as knock downs, while being timed. Judging in this event is not based on the horse’s obedience or the rider’s form. Courses are often decorated with either natural or artificial elements and placed in a way that is challenging for both horse and rider, with jumps placed in tricky combinations, creating lots of twists and turns along the way.

Well, I don’t usually talk about my own horses in the newsletter, but there were some records broken this past month. On August 26th, {ℛℛε} Ocean's Redemption broke the L10 record with a score of 3:07.43. The next day, he broke his own record with a time of 3:07.30. About two hours later, he broke the L10 record AGAIN with a time of 3:07.03. That same day, he also broke the L6 record with a score of 3:07.16. On August 29th, {ℛℛε} Ocean's Redemption broke the L5 record with a score of 3:07.30. On August 30th, Shadow broke the L4 record with a time of 3:06.78, becoming the first horse on the game to get a score of 3:06. That same day, he broke the L7 record with a score of 3:06.91 and the L10 record again with a score of 3:06.78. Well, on August 31st he broke his own L5 record with a time of 3:07.03, and the next day he smashed the L8 record with a score of 3:06.78. {ℛℛε} Ocean's Redemption then went on to break the L6 record with a score of 3:06.78 on September 4th, and the L5 again with the same score. To wrap it up, he broke the L9 record with a score of 3:06.78 on September 12th. Whew, you guys have no idea how boring it is to write about your own horse

Irish Sport Horse colt {O} Draynor Chaos is doing well in show jumping. He has a master champion title and a 93.4% WPS in the discipline. Winning 49 of his 122 starts, Draynor Chaos has a best score of 3:11.09 this competition.

This beautiful silver dapple colt is a rockstar in not only dressage and show jumping, but also in western pleasure! In dressage, he has won 18 of his 46 starts and an 89.1% WPS. His best score is 49.84% in this competition. In show jumping, he has won 25 of his 30 starts and has a perfect WPS. His best score is 3:10.58 in this competition. Of course, this colt is bred and owned by Eugene.
