I Achieved My Goal!
Post by Jockey's Holding »
Well, after seven months of careful breeding, and I can assure you, many disappointments, I present to you a competitive Tb with red intelligence: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2750987! Okay, I know it's kind of ridiculous, but this is a goal that I set for my Tbs after all the weird things that happened this year. I guess I just needed to do something... a little more lighthearted? Well, should I breed for more red intelligence stats and see the funniest one that I can get? Or should I go for red movement next?
Or should I abandon this ridiculous project altogether? Thank you for reading!

Ooo!!
O.o
Gorgeous outcome!
Funny how such a thing is unimportant for racing.
Duh... what do I do? Duh... Run as fast as I can? Duh... Did I win???
Hah!
I think you should work toward getting red stats in all the ones unimportant to a racing and see what happens to the other stats.

Hee hee. Maybe that's why he's been winning so much; he doesn't question his driver.BlackOak2 wrote:Ooo!!

Oh, yes. I want to see how low I can get their HGP/breeder's report for them to still perform well. Even though he doesn't have any red stats (I hope his offspring do ), this guy has been performing quite well so far in harness racing: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2677781. He has more heart than many of my colts with golden stamina. Isn't that weird?

Yeah... I wasn't ever expecting to actually get that red stat. Most of the horses on this game seem to have gold intelligence, so I'm actually quite pleased I was able to get it red.HorzeLover101 wrote:That's awesome!!

Thank you! I hope he continues to do well in his career. If I remember correctly, you also breed a little for harness racing?

Not much goin' around in his head. Heart gene is a separate gene. Your work is just proof of theory about that.Jockey's Holding wrote:Hee hee. Maybe that's why he's been winning so much; he doesn't question his driver.BlackOak2 wrote:Ooo!!

He has competitive times and is quite close to harness RH... so, he might be another one that proves once again, that 'on-paper' isn't everything.

Don't say that too loudly though; it might go to his head.

Is that even possible? I still wonder if intelligence affects harness racing in some capacity... I guess that's more for me to experiment with. Maybe I can breed one.Soaring Hooves wrote:Well obviously you need to a record holder with red intelligenceJockey's Holding wrote:Well, after seven months of careful breeding, and I can assure you, many disappointments, I present to you a competitive Tb with red intelligence: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2750987!
