And yes I can change their temperament for their disciplines. But if they are already bombproof I can't guarantee that it will change (bombproof doesn't really change/ takes a long time - longer than how long it takes to train)

That would depend on what discipline they do - there are some forums in the gameplay questions topic that say what temperament works for each discipline
