Paying 100k for a breeding pair of TB's

Hello guys.

I want to start into Cleveland Bays again and a few breeds passed the Cleveland bay.

My requirements are!
I need two Never crossed Thoroughbreds (male and female). In other words I will be looking back into the breeds history and will reject any horse that has a breed not required to produce a TB.
They must be under 10 years old.
They must be 5* TB's.

I don't care about color, looks, or anything else.

How young can they be?

Id prefer 10 years and under, but I'll accept 15 years and under as an option too.
