Silver Bay or Flaxen Chestnut

Post by SR121 »

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out whether or not my horse is a silver bay or a flaxen chestnut.

i would say your horse is a flaxen chestnut. This colt of mine would somewhat resemble a silver bay.

Flaxen Chestnut; Silver Bays will retain their dark legs whereas Flaxen Chestnuts will often gain lighter legs.
