The horse is not champagne since it lacks the spots around the muzzle. The horse has pink skin and dark eyes which means it has two copies of the pearl gene. My best guess is silver brown pearl dun (possibly silver black pearl but I think it looks like the colour gets slightly paler towards the muzzle, as it would in a brown based coat). Breeding to a black mare could confirm if it really is brown if any foal from a black mare would turn up as brown.
