Joining

Requirements for general joining

1. must have at least 4 Thoroughbreds, the 4 Thoroughbreds do not have to meet requirements and/or be good yet
2. Must have 1 account that is at least 5 months old real world time
3. trustable

Requirements for getting invitations

1. must have at least 12 good Thoroughbreds
2. trustable
3. Must have 1 account that is at least 7 months old real world time
4. have at least 2 HWO (Horse World Online) accounts
5. a generally or well known Thoroughbred breeder
6. have been a premium at least once

How to join

Ping one of our interviewers and they will set up a time with you to interview you. Then, they will tell us about what they learned about you from the interview and everyone will vote on either to let you join or to not let you join. As soon as we have the results, we will ping you and/or if you are premium, then I will private message you.

Rules

Section 1 - General Rules

1. Be respectful (be kind, honest, polite, and respect the feelings of others. This includes being kind, honest, polite, and respectful towards other members and players that you don't get along well with)
2. Be responsible (taking full responsibility for any problems that you caused)
3. Be willing to cooperate (even if you don't get along with a member in the club, you still need to be cooperative)
4. Do not post anything inappropriate (this includes cussing and/or swearing)
5. You are allowed to voice your opinion of course but remember the rules and follow them
6. Please do not ask someone for their private/personal info. We don't need to know (and others don't need to know) your actual name, your home address, phone number, your birthdate, the name of your school, etc. Things like if you're in sports, places you've taken a vacation at, places you've visited, your favorites (like favorite movies, favorite books, favorite colors, etc.), and anything along those lines are okay
7. If enough members want to (decided by voting), we will be able to change/remove/add any rules and/or requirements
8. Please do not use this as just a way to earn yourself money. The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club is for every member in it to be able to breed good racing Thoroughbreds and to share them (putting stallions up for stud, selling, and/or leasing) with the rest of the members. Sharing is basically contributing to the project
9. Please respect every member's private lines.
10. If you are not active for 6 real world months, we will remove you from the member list to make room for other players who are more active (this doesn't include being busy with a real world event. If you are busy in the real world but still want to be part of this club, please let either the president and/or the vice president know so that we don't accidentally take you out of the club). Will come into effect on December 1st, 2019 (buzzy will not be removed from the list unless heard from)

Section 2 - Joining and leaving

1. We are allowed to refuse joining requests IF the majority of votes say to not let you join OR if we already have 16 members (our max members allowed to join)
2. Please be patient
3. Just because you joined us doesn't mean that you have to be in this forever. If you feel that this isn't your thing or you don't have the time, you may leave. If you leave but change your mind and want to join again, you are always allowed to rejoin without having to be voted in
4. If you are sent an invitation personally (you can't ask for an invitation, we must send it on our own free will), you may immediately join without being interviewed and/or voted in
5. In order for an invitation to be valid, there needs to be AT LEAST 4 members that agreed to send the invitation

Section 3 - Kicking out members and warnings

1. You will only be given 3 warnings before we will decide on, by majority voting, if you need to be kicked out. We will look into the problem further before we make our decisions
2. You only are given warnings if you have broken/violated any of the rules in Section 1
3. If you have been kicked out with the majority voting, you are not permitted to join again unless you are voted back in

Section 4 - Voting

1. ANY MEMBER (if you are not a member, your vote will be deleted. Also if you try to fake being a member and voting, your vote will also be deleted) is allowed to vote UNLESS the topic of the vote involves you (Example of when you can't vote: voting on if you should be kicked out)
2. you can only vote once in any 1 topic and you can change your vote 3 different times but no more than 3 times
3. To get the answer to the security question, you MUST ask either on this Horse World Online game chat room with your own account or on our discord chat (PeacefulOreo will either send you a link on the HWO chat or send you a private message with the link to be able to join it. There is a place where the current security questions and answers are posted on the discord chat)

Section 5 - Positions

1. any member is allowed to take up a position as long as they fit the requirements and are voted in or appointed in (In order to be appointed in, the President and Vice President must agree)
2. if you do not want to have the position anymore and/or you don't have the time to do your jobs, you are allowed to step down and let another member take charge of the position. If you want to appoint another member to the job, you must have the approval of the President and Vice President, you may do so.
3. If you have violated/broken any of the rules from Section 1, you keeping the position may be in jeopardy
