12/16/21 Update

Update 12/16/21
I have returned and I now am interested in breeding log pull Latvian Heavy Drafts go figure. Reduced my Thoroughbred mares to only my finest 5-6 for if I pick that up again. I’m also breeding some log pull Belgians on the side to infuse with the Latvians at a later date, I’m also considering breeding high HGP Ardeniass for the public for quests and to popularize the breed. But I’m keeping the Latvians to myself call me selfish but I want them to be unique. Also, been testing on my Belgians so only the ones with 47ft+ (at very fat, 3 y/o. I’m not going to be fiddling with their weight!) can breed right now. I’m having trouble getting gold strength fillies, though. My mares right now are simply market bought, so that is probably why. They’ll get there.

Update #1
Project: Latvian Heavy DraftsChapter: 2
Reason For Update: Milestone in HGP breeding
In Depth Analysis:
We have gotten our first horse to being over 60,000 Horse Genetic Potential. Though he has the grey gene I have been trying to weed out, he also has a short, but fluffy, mane. This program has, as a whole, gained 5k to 10k in terms of HGP, and I am very excited to cross for color. I am very excited to see what happens with this bad boy.

Reason For Update: First Green Strength In A Pure Latvian Heavy Draft Ever!

BEHOLD
My favorite child. The first ever green strength Latvian Heavy Draft in the history of Horse World Online! Rejoice! His max Log Pull score is 62.4 feet, so we still need to gain 5 feet of pulling power to reach the goal of breaking the world record. EEE.

AAAHHH I'M SO HAPPYYY EEE!!!
Seriously, guys. I was not expecting a golden strength stat in my herd so soon! Only thing keeping his from going out to pull like there is no tomorrow is his conformation and his green stamina (and, of course, I don't know his heart, but that's a different chapter). So, so very happy!

Update #5
Project: Latvian Heavy DraftsChapter: 3
Reason For Update: First Successful Latvian Log Puller + Highest Raking Latvian Heavy Draft
In Depth Analysis:
☼MSF☼ Losing Touch
Oh. My. Gosh. I have waited so long to see some fruit from my labor with this breed, and I am ELATED to announce the first successful LHD Log Puller. Maximum pull has been recorded at 64.81, but his consistency is what gets my attention. Against the heavy, perfected log pulling Belgians, he comes out in the top 3 91.2% of the time I'm so proud of him, he definitely is a moral boost!

Update #6
Project: Latvian Heavy DraftsChapter: 3
Reason For Update: First Gold Strength Latvian Heavy Draft Mare
In Depth Analysis:
☼MSF☼ Miss Atomic Bomb
Behold, the first ever gold strength mare of the breed . It has been really hard to try and get my females to be as high quality as the studs of the line, and honestly I thought I would never breed one with her stats, but this horse helps me to see that enough grinding will get you anywhere Also, I'm really digging the poofy mane... I kind of want it to be a permanent part of the blood line

Update #7
Project: Latvian Heavy DraftsChapter: 4
Reason For Update: First Latvian Heavy Draft Featured in The HWO Driving Newsletter
In Depth Analysis:
☼MSF☼ Spaceman
I know that this achievement probably isn’t as monumental as the others in the series, but man, it does feel good to know somebody looked at my boy here. The “stupendous” (Quoted by rosie0922 here) Spaceman is my stallion who so far has the best score, so I’m glad he was the one featured. Hopefully I will see more of my stock in the letter in the future!
