What Does This Mean?

What Does This Mean?
When I go to some players' profile pages I see a ''-'' under last active. What does that mean?
"I can't make it go away by making you a villain"

Ok. So the last time they were online is only known by them and maybe the admins? because I really need to talk to them so I hope they were online recently...
