I am looking for specific horses. These horses are the ones with the odd "white" coloring of mane & tail as exemplified in this horse's tail or this horse prior to the mane growing out.

I will pay well; upwards of 1 million per horse as long as breedable (no older than 10 years).

mostly white tails ok or just spotted tails? and manes partially white ok?

Gaagii appears to be looking for what Silverine and I have discussed in the past, the 'plume gene', appearing in prezwalskis in real life and other horses here on HWO.

Gaagii: I occasionally have some of these expression appear in my arab line, it's mixed only with a single belgian and a single shetland, all AC horses.
If I have another pop with a blatant expression, I'll offer it and you're welcome to come pick it up for $1.

What I am looking for is as blackoak2 explained. It's an unusual gene found more often in primitive horses. It's unrelated to grey, leopard, silver, or pinto.

This isn't a strong expression, but the entire mane and tail is much grayer then I usually produce. I'll have it boarded so you can see it without aging. If you're interested, like I said, $1 collection fee. She'll be up, just let me know, yea or nay. Then I'll have it released.
